Warranty

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products there is also a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

You have the right to return the products and withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. This 'money back guarantee' is without prejudice to our statutory guarantee. All warranty periods mentioned on our website or so-called money-back guarantees refer exclusively to the warranty we offer and do not affect the legal warranty.

Please note that this does not apply to the custom / personalized products we offer. For these products, only a legal warranty applies. You can not return these products.
