I don't see a discount on my order?
When we offer discounts on our site, the discount is listed with the price of the product. This is automatically applied when you checkout. Do you also have a discount code? Then you can enter it before the checkout of the product to get an extra discount. The price will then be adjusted immediately. For further questions or comments, you can always send an email to service@wallvibes.co.uk and we will help you as soon as possible!
When can I expect my order?
Within the United Kingdom, we offer standard free shipping for orders over £75.
- For our Glass collection the following applies: ordered on weekdays before 6 pm, is delivered within 3-5 working days. If you place a custom order, shipping time may be 1-2 business days longer.
- For our canvas collection: when ordered before 6 pm on business days, delivery is within 2-3 business days. When placing a custom order, shipping time may be 1-2 business days longer.
- For our garden poster collection: orders placed on working days before 6 p.m. are delivered within 1-2 working days. When placing a custom order the shipping time can be 1-2 working days longer.
- For our cushions collection: ordered on weekdays before 6 p.m., delivery is within 1-2 working days.
- For our lighting & furniture (excluding cushions, see above) the following applies: ordered on working days before 18.00 hours, delivery is within 3-4 working days.
When you order several products, the delivery time of the product that takes the longest will apply.
Once you have ordered a product from us and the package is shipped, it is possible to track your delivery with a track & trace code. You will receive this code by e-mail. All orders are shipped with Parcelforce and APC.

How much are the shipping costs?
For orders below £75, we charge £6,95 shipping costs. For orders over £75, we offer standard free shipping within the UK.
Does a hanging system come with my wall art?
Yes, with each wall decoration (excluding the garden posters, because it is not necessary here), a hanging system is supplied.
Is the hanging system missing when you receive your order? Then check the following steps: - Check the box in which your order was delivered to ensure that the hanging system is not stuck to the inside of the box. - Always check first which hanging system goes with which wall decoration. This only applies if you have ordered several sizes of wall decorations at once. Tip: Not all wall decorations have protective film, but if this is the case do not forget to remove the protective film before you hang the wall decoration.

My suspension system is missing or I received too few?
With each wall decoration (excluding the garden posters, because it is not necessary here), a suspension system is supplied. Is the hanging system missing when you receive your order? This may be a delivery error, please contact us so we can immediately resend it. Send an email to: service@wallvibes.co.uk with the order number and how many copies are missing.
I lost my suspension system, can I order new ones separately?
Yes you can! You can easily order a separate hanging system from us. Simply order an extra or new hanging system under the accessories category.
Do you want to give your wall decoration a new place or swap it for something else? Then it is good to know that you can only use the hanging system once. This is because the adhesive material on the suspension system is no longer strong enough to hold the wall decoration. In addition, before you attach a new hanging system you must first remove the old one.
Can I order large runs or larger sizes?
This is certainly possible! Are you looking for a larger size than the sizes we offer? Send an e-mail to service@wallvibes.co.uk with the desired size, the kind of design, and how much you want to receive. We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible with further information!

Protective film on the front or back of the wall decoration?
Almost every wall decoration has protective film on both the front and back. Sometimes it is so thin that it is difficult to distinguish it from the wall decoration itself. The protective film can be removed like a sticker. It is important to remove the protective film first before attaching the wall decoration to the wall because otherwise the design cannot be attached properly and may fall and be damaged.
Therefore, make sure that you remove the foil properly before attaching the wall decoration to the wall. This is also stated in the instructions of the hanging system that you receive. In addition, the effect only becomes clearly visible once the foil has been removed.
I have not received a confirmation email or invoice of my order?
Once you have placed an order with us you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order with the corresponding invoice. This will be sent to your email address. However, sometimes things can go wrong and you may not have received a confirmation email. Is this the case? Then check the following steps: - Check your spam box to see if the email ended up there by accident. - Check if the email address you entered is spelled correctly and that there is no mistake, or that you entered the wrong email address.
